I like to explore all kinds of information and how it impacts our lives, but for the next few months I am going to focus on the impact of the election of Trump as president. For millions of Americans who are in distress (that includes me) I'm going to explore how we can cope with the emotions engendered and take positive actions to make a difference--first in our own lives and then in the lives of our fellow citizens and in the future of our nation.
